The last few years have been a mixed bag in the construction industry. We have seen some sectors such as education and private housing experience sharp falls in output, whilst other sectors such as local authorities appear to have escaped the economic turmoil here in the UK.
I am, however, pleased to report that Maxiflow has weathered the storm very well. We have been fortunate enough to strengthen our market position in 2011, with our turnover achieving growth in excess of 50%. We have also seen many other notable achievements and developments during 2011, many of which are reported on our website. It has been important for Maxiflow to continue to improve its service and provide real answers to our clients’ needs, especially in the environmental and sustainability fields.
2012 will be no different. Maxiflow will maintain its strategy of continued growth and to increase its client base without compromising service. We have a stuffed order book well into the winter and are negotiating a number of contracts with local authorities and government bodies. We are also close to officially launching our new Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) division, which will be providing brand-new services within the Maxiflow fold in addition to greatly expanding a couple of our existing services, so watch this space! I would like to thank all the team at Maxiflow for their concerted effort to see us strongly through the last 24 months and of course our clients who place their trust in using Maxiflow.
