Maxiflow taking part in 12-Hour Rowathon for Children in Need

On Friday 16th November 2012, Maxiflow are taking part in a 12-Hour Rowathon at the University of Chester to raise money for Children in Need.

Teams from across Cheshire will be competing against each other to see who can raise the largest amount of money for charity. Each team will attempt to cover the greatest accumulated distance on a static rowing machine within a 12-hour span. A 6-man team from Maxiflow will be representing us at the event, selflessly giving up their Friday nights for a good cause.

Sir Steve Redgrave will be on hand to teach the teams how an Olympic hero handles such a daunting task!

Note: This event was originally a 24-Hour Rowathon, but was later changed to 12 Hours. This post has been edited to reflect this.
