Refurbishment works at Upton High School Chester

EngieWe have worked in and around Upton High School in Chester many times over the years in partnership with ENGIE and Cheshire West and Chester Council.

Maxiflow will soon be starting refurbishment works on the school which includes:-

  • A new staff room
  • Roofing works
  • Relaying floors
  • Tiling
  • Fitting new partitions
  • Fitting acoustic insulation
  • New window frames
  • New benches
  • Replacing doors
  • Fitting sinks
  • Fitting a new hydro-boil
  • Replacing work tops
  • Replacing ceiling tiles
  • Fitting new dishwashers
  • Painting
  • Fitting new shelving

The work will be carried out by Maxiflow during the school summer holidays in order to minimise any disruption to activities at the school.

Maxiflow has developed a strong partnership with Cheshire West and Chester Council over several years, carrying out refurbishment works in many of the schools in Cheshire. We have built up a high level of expertise in this area.

During the works waste materials will be separated into different skips so that as much waste as possible can be recycled, minimising the amount of waste going to landfill. Ensuring that we recycle as much waste as possible is part of Maxiflows commitment to Sustainability and Environmental Management.
