Drainage Surveys

At the heart of Maxiflow is the pearpoint P340 CCTV system which records high quality digital video or images, allowing our operatives to diagnose and repair any faults with ease. The advanced digital capabilities mean that we can zoom, pan and rotate images during recording to focus on problem areas and give our clients the best possible images on surveys.

Home Buyers’ Survey

When buying a house you need to know the drains are in full working order and if there any problems before you buy. We carry out a full site clean and survey on then compile all the data into a full report highlighting any problems found and full quotation for any repairs required so you are aware of any costs you may incur if the sale goes ahead.

Sonar Tracing

All cameras are fitted with sonar location so we can track and mark any faults or the line the drain is taking above ground we can also give depth reading allowing us to priclely estimate any repairs needed.

Mainline Units

We also have a dedicated main line inspection vehicle capable of inspecting sewers from 50mm to 2200mm in diameter with pan and tilt and on board reporting software. All our main line operatives are OS20X qualified to 3rd and 4th edition – Pipe condition classification and carry confined space entry training.
